（OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS）

一. 用途:

紙帶過濾機(jī)是清除液體中固體粒子的理想設(shè)備,如用于磨床及其它機(jī)床冷卻液(切削液或乳化液)的凈化。

本裝置主要應(yīng)用于機(jī)械加工過程中冷卻潤滑液的凈化，可配用于：普通精度磨床、精密磨床、組合機(jī)床、加工中心等，可有效清除冷卻潤滑液中的雜質(zhì)顆粒等，可將磁性雜質(zhì)連續(xù)不斷的導(dǎo)入污物箱中，保證冷卻液的清潔，防止其變質(zhì)，全過程連續(xù)自動，是各種機(jī)床的理想配套附件。同時減輕了工人勞動強(qiáng)度,減少了廢冷卻液對環(huán)境污染。I. Purpose:

本排屑裝置主要由箱體、減速電機(jī)、液位控制感應(yīng)器、主軸、鏈網(wǎng)、污物車、機(jī)床供給泵等組成。工作原理：機(jī)床使用后的冷卻液通過網(wǎng)口分配器(防止損壞濾紙)流入紙帶過濾機(jī)，經(jīng)無紡布過濾流入凈水箱，臟顆粒在無紡布上不斷積聚與無紡布形成高密度的過濾層同時提高了過濾精度。隨著時間推移過濾效率下降，引起液位控制感應(yīng)器浮球升高，當(dāng)液位達(dá)到設(shè)置的感應(yīng)位置時，液位浮動開關(guān)控制馬達(dá)起動，并帶動輸送鏈轉(zhuǎn)動，輸送鏈托起過濾布一起轉(zhuǎn)動，廢棄過濾布被輸送到污箱，干凈的無紡布重新布置，一個工作周期行程，設(shè)備以此周而復(fù)始的工作。過濾后的冷卻液被輸送泵重新輸送回機(jī)床循環(huán)用。該裝置外形簡潔，體積小，重量輕，安裝使用方便。
