消防箱箱體成型機為煒樺冷彎公司的新一代產品，經過科研人員技術團隊的不斷摸索，把繁瑣，費人工，容易出現產品誤差的工序，全部集成到生產線上來完成，原本需要五六個人完成的工序現在只需要一人簡單操作，并且速度更快，品質更穩(wěn)定，基本沒有不合格產品出現，極大程度上節(jié)省了人工成本和原料成本。為企業(yè)發(fā)展爭取了更大利潤空間。設備的優(yōu)勢在于自動化程度高，對工人數量沒有太多要求，并且生產速度十分快，每分鐘可生產2個箱體。
