如地面基礎(chǔ)起灰起砂嚴(yán)重、強(qiáng)度嚴(yán)重不夠，需對(duì)地面基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行密封固化處理，處理工藝如下：

分別采用30、50、100、150、200、300目等樹(shù)脂磨片水磨地面；

300目樹(shù)脂磨片水磨地面后，清潔地面，地面自然充分晾干，均勻噴灑混凝土密封固化劑材料，等待材料與地面完全充分反應(yīng)，反應(yīng)時(shí)間通常6-8小時(shí)。具體時(shí)間根據(jù)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的溫度與通風(fēng)效果而定。

2 平整度處理

在地面基礎(chǔ)增強(qiáng)處理前的原地面盡量平整度好，3米靠尺間隙小于3mm。
