確定進(jìn)口的船期，等船到以后。開始進(jìn)行進(jìn)口的操作。一、首先是要提供到貨通知書、正本提單或電放保函換取單二、將貨物提至海關(guān)監(jiān)管倉(cāng)庫(kù)三、準(zhǔn)備進(jìn)口報(bào)關(guān)所需單證 :1.必備單證：清單、 、合同一式一份、報(bào)關(guān)、報(bào)檢委托書各一份2.從歐盟、美國(guó)、韓國(guó)、日本進(jìn)口貨物，如是木制包裝箱的需提供熱處理 或植物檢疫 ，如是非木制的提供無(wú)木制包包裝。3.稅則所規(guī)定的各項(xiàng) (如進(jìn)口許可證、機(jī)電證、重要工業(yè)品 )4.有減免稅手冊(cè)的提供減免稅證明手冊(cè)。四、進(jìn)口申報(bào)后如海關(guān)審價(jià)需要，客戶需提供相關(guān)價(jià)格證明。如信用證、原廠 保單、原廠 、招標(biāo)書等海關(guān)所要求的文件。五、海關(guān)打印稅單后，客戶需在7個(gè)工作日繳納稅費(fèi)。如超過(guò)期限，海關(guān)按日計(jì)征滯納金。六、報(bào)關(guān)查驗(yàn)放行后，即可提貨回家(倉(cāng)庫(kù))。另: 貨物到港后十四日內(nèi)必需向海關(guān)申報(bào)。如超過(guò)期限海關(guān)按日計(jì)征滯報(bào)金(按貨物價(jià)值萬(wàn)分之五)超過(guò)三個(gè)月，海關(guān)將作無(wú)主貨物進(jìn)行變賣!!七、繳稅后即可提貨放行。
