Application
DCR-1020保護(hù)膜/光學(xué)膜/薄膜圓刀模切機(jī)多工位圓刀套位模切、材料復(fù)合，本設(shè)備適用于各種膠帶、保護(hù)膜、泡棉、網(wǎng)布、銅鋁箔、背光源模組、柔性線路板、醫(yī)療和衛(wèi)生等模切行業(yè)。
DCR-1020 is suitable for multi-station set position die cutting, laminating. This machine is applicable for adhesive tape, protection film, foam, mesh cloth, aluminumand copperfoil, back light module, flexible circuit board, medicine and hygiene field, etc.

1．主操作采用電腦觸摸式工控機(jī)，圖形顯示，直觀明了，操作便捷可同時(shí)使用鍵盤和鼠標(biāo)以及用手觸摸。
The main operation interface adopts touch panel, with picture display for easy operation.
Keyboard, mouse and hand touch are all available.
2．可存儲500種以上SOP數(shù)據(jù)，提高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程度，對員工的經(jīng)驗(yàn)依賴程度降低，并可減少調(diào)刀過程材料浪費(fèi)率60%以上。

3．所有收放料軸分別由馬達(dá)獨(dú)立驅(qū)動，收放料、正反轉(zhuǎn)自由，靈敏度張力傳感軸反饋控制，使材料運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，順暢。
All unwind & rewind shafts are driven separately by servo motors. The unwinding, rewinding, straight & reverse rotation are more flexible and controlled by high sensitivity tension sensor shaft’s feedbackto ensure smooth running.
4．所有刀座的運(yùn)動控制由德國Lenz的伺服馬達(dá)驅(qū)動，扭力足夠大，加減速穩(wěn)定，獨(dú)立可調(diào)，套切精度可達(dá)±0.075mm。
All cutter holder’s movements are controlled byGerman Lenz servo motor with enough torsion, stable acceleration and deceleration, precision can be ±0.075mm.
5．控制系統(tǒng)由德國Lenz PLC和同步控制器共同完成控制，同步性高。

6.整機(jī)具備異步模切功能，可節(jié)省模切材料。

CCD testing system can test position precision all the time during the whole process and then feedback to PLC which send orders to servo motors to adjust position.
