潮汐式灌溉方式(歐美稱tidal或ebb and flood)是基于潮水漲落現(xiàn)象設計而命名的一種節(jié)水灌溉方式。該方式利用了育苗穴盤底部的排水孔,在灌溉時使水位沒過排水孔,水分自下面上地被基質自然吸入,既保持了葉面干燥,又可防止淋洗式灌溉導致的肥水流失,適用于各類盆器及穴盤栽培植物的種植管理。微環(huán)境恒溫育苗床通過潮汐式底部補水方式,使根基環(huán)境自然達到相宜的含水量,地暖使用發(fā)熱均勻的電鍍膜取代傳統(tǒng)電熱線作為恒溫熱源,電熱膜的熱點轉換率要高于點熱心,且為面狀加熱,膜上各點發(fā)熱量均相同。

This method makes use of the drainage hole at the bottom of the seedling raising cave plate to make the water level not over the drainage hole during irrigation, and the water is absorbed naturally from the upper ground under the ground, which not only keeps the leaf surface dry, but also prevents the loss of fertilizer and water caused by leaching irrigation. It is suitable for the planting management of all kinds of POTS and pot plants. The micro-environment thermostatic seedling bed can naturally reach the appropriate water content in the basic environment through the tidal replenishing method at the bottom. The floor heating USES the electroplated film with uniform heating instead of the traditional electric hot wire as the thermostatic heat source. The hot spot conversion rate of the electrothermal film is higher than the point warmth, and the heat generated at each point of the film is the same.

種植盤由3層新的、抗紫外線老化(UV穩(wěn)定)和抗化學性的高抗沖擊性聚苯乙烯材料共擠而成,種植盤具有獨特的排水槽設計,盤四周邊緣部位略低于中心部位,有一個2mm高差,從而使水分更易蒸發(fā)的邊緣部分水位高于中央,使種植效果均衡。使用潮汐灌溉苗盤,使得植物保持干爽狀態(tài),降低了溫室濕度,可減少病菌滋生。大量的氧氣隨著營養(yǎng)液被輸送到作物根部,使根部系統(tǒng)發(fā)育更有活力,減少了根部疾病,促進植物生長。作物可以同時同步地均勻澆灌,便于控制,提高作物品質。灌溉可以實現(xiàn)全自動操作,提高灌溉效率,降低人工成本。所有的灌溉用水都可被收集并循環(huán)使用,把對水資源的浪費降到較低程度,同時降低昂貴的肥料使用成本。
