工作過(guò)程： 由操作者將裝有工件的清洗籃放在進(jìn)料臺(tái)上，然后自動(dòng)送至清洗機(jī)進(jìn)料位，經(jīng)機(jī)械手將清洗籃依次推入清洗機(jī)內(nèi)進(jìn)行
清洗、真空干燥，后經(jīng)出料臺(tái)自動(dòng)將清洗籃送出，（取出工件），完成整個(gè)清洗到烘干的過(guò)程。

Brief introduction：
The process of automatic vacuum hydrocarbon cleaning machine is automatically controlled by PLC. Working process：
The operator puts the cleaning basket with the workpiece on the feeding table, and then automatically sends it to the feeding position of the washing machine. The washing basket is pushed into the washing machine by the robot in order to clean and vacuum dry. Finally,send the cleaning basket out (take out the workpiece) to complete the whole process from washing to drying.
Clearningprinciple：
The cleaning principle of the hydrocarbon cleaning agent is simply cleaning according to the dissolving power of the solvent. Degreasing mechanism based on solubility to grease or oily contamination: similar miscibility principle. Water energy is also based on the miscibility of compounds with a similar OH structure to water, such as R-COOH (lower fatty acids), R-OH (lower alcohols), and the like.
The solubility between dissimilar liquids is closely related to surface tension and interfacial tension.
